Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at info@nutra-zen.com.
  • Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or process refunds unless the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns will only be accepted for:
    • Products that have been damaged during transit.
    • Products with physical defects.
    • Incorrect products shipped to you.
  • To raise a request, send an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product to info@nutra-zen.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product's seal has been broken.
  • The serial number or batch details have been tampered with.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to validate the claim.
  • If eligible, a refund or replacement will be issued. If ineligible, the product will be sent back to you.
  • The replacement product will be delivered in 5–6 business days.

Refund Process

  • For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the eligible return request.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 working days of receiving the eligible return request.

Shipping and Returns

  • Our team strives to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • If any delay arises, our customer service team will keep you updated regarding the status of your order.

Transit Insurance

  • We provide transit insurance that is valid until the order has been successfully delivered and accepted by you.
