Order Confirmation

- Once your order has been placed, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of your order.
- A subsequent email will be sent to confirm dispatch, indicating our acceptance of the order.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent. Your order request will only be accepted after you confirm it via email or mobile.

Order Dispatch

- Dispatch of all products in your order may or may not occur at the same time.
- Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Delivery Process

- Our delivery partners will deliver your package as soon as possible.
- If they are unable to reach your provided address or find a suitable time for delivery, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

Shipping Timelines

- Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 days from order confirmation, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping: Orders with a billing value of ₹499 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹50 will be applied to orders with a billing value below ₹499.
